I had to reinstall my Windows 10 for separate reasons, in which I ended up having to reinstall Office Pro Plus. During the reinstall phase, it asked for my product key, which it accepted and the install was completed. Now when I open a document up in Word, an activation wizard prompts activate the key again, which I do, but it states that that my product key has reached it max number of times. I’ve only used this product key on one computer. How do I remove the message so it doesn’t keep appearing?

I don’t know why the product key did not register to my profile when I first set it up. If you get this error “You have reached the maximum number of Office products that can be associated to your Microsoft account. If you are using Microsoft office professional plus , it only needs to pay a single, one-time cost. If you are using Office for Business, it needs to pay a small monthly fee, or save by paying for a full year.
