Adobe captivate 2017 clear cache free

 

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. I restarted my PC for 10 time, i clear cache , i deleted the soft and i installed Adobe captivate release for windows but i have the same error. Same question as on the Jive forums. I asked if you cleared the Preferences, and eventually refreshed the Layouts folder which stores the themes they can have corrupted.
