I got the home and student version it about a year and a half ago when I bought this computer, and was simply re-installing all of my programs.

Update Refresh using RecImg. An attempt to download to this computer resulted in a denial of the validity of the Product Key number. Please help with installation of product as noted on the packaging for the disc.

I am trying to update my Office , but I get this error. I also cannot UNINSTALL, so I can’t do a full reinstall. I’m stuck. Office Setup did not complete successfully Win 7. Bought a Toshiba laptop with Win 7 Home and trial version of Office already installed. You cannot activate Office Professional Plus volume license: “Microsoft Office Professional Plus configuration did not complete successfully”. This was the only message I received when the setup did not complete. I am trying to install Microsoft Office Home Edition onto my laptop. If Office hangs at step 4 of the install and you see this error “There was a problem setting up Microsoft Office,” click the Fix it button to modify.❿
