POST-COVID CARE PROGRAM
6 WEEKS | ONLINE
This 6-week health and wellness coaching program will help you discover how to navigate the numerous health issues that are synonymous with contracting COVID-19. We take all the hard work and research out of it for you while providing a safe space to share experiences with like-minded individuals. Sessions incorporate physical, emotional, and nutritional wellbeing education. With guided support, you’ll learn your own path to true wellness. This program is led by a Registered Nurse and Certified Health Coach who has personal experience with Covid-19.

HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT…
During the first session, you’ll receive a warm welcome and meet your coach. An agenda listing the topics that will be covered will be shared. Your coach will go over any questions you may have including how to navigate the portal, lessons, and more. Week 1 topics may include but are not limited to:

BENEFITS OF GROUP COACHING
- Group coaching offers a shared experience through a community. Members have other people to cheer them on and celebrate with. They support and accept each other, empathize with each other’s challenges, and celebrate each other’s milestones.
- The group is limited to 10 participants per group to allow for optimal interaction. This creates a feeling of community support, care, belonging, and self-reliance. Each member is able to receive what he or she needs to move forward.
- Some clients may prefer a collaborative group environment where they learn from the insights and contributions of peers, as they do from their own reflections.
- Each participant in the group does their own work cultivating the growth and change they desire. Working together builds cohesiveness and bonds that can sometimes last well beyond the group experience.
- The close engagement among members and their strong focus on helping each other can quickly form a close and confidential bond in which members come to rely on each other to achieve the goal of the team.
- Most participants look forward to group coaching sessions as it can be seen as a fun get together with other people in similar situations.
- For clients who are more introverted, the group coaching process may feel less on the spot and provide more time for reflection and articulation of their insights.
- Group members are guided and supported in closely clarifying their problems, identifying powerful strategies to solve them, and developing sustainable and realistic actions to implement those strategies.
- Group coaching offers an efficient, affordable way to receive support for achieving your health goals in a safe, confidential environment.
- You get the same benefit of a one-on-one session, but your cost is lower than private coaching due to sharing the space with other like-minded participants. Like private coaching, taking ownership of your progress and accomplishments is key to your overall success.
BENEFITS OF PRIVATE COACHING
- You get to know your coach better and the more you build trust with your coach, the better the coach can deliver the best service possible.
- You don’t have to compete for attention with other participants. The coach is only focused on meeting your individual needs. The content and solutions are adapted to meet your specific challenges.
- Privately in a 1-on-1 situation, you may be more comfortable sharing your problems, challenges, concerns, or questions with your coach. This allows your coach to drill down to root cause issues and develop an action plan that will set you up for success. You may not feel as open in a group setting.
- Knowing that you want to accomplish something and then actually accomplishing it are two very different things. Having a certified health and wellness coach by your side will ensure that you see your goals through to the end and achieve the bold results that you desire.
- Your coach will be much more successful in keeping you on track and holding you accountable than in a group setting. Your coach is your biggest cheerleader and will give you gentle nudges if needed.
- As a private coaching client, you will enjoy the exclusive attention you receive during your coaching sessions. Goals and action plans are tailored to your specific challenges taking into consideration your strengths, weaknesses, personalities, quirks, schedule, and more.
- Your coach is your partner and will skillfully meet you where you are in your wellness journey and guide you forward.
- Unlike group coaching that adheres to a rigid Agenda, your coach can be more flexible and fluent with your action plan and offer a greater variable geared towards you reaching and sustaining your goals.
- There’s nothing greater than the feeling of accomplishment when you set a goal and reach it. If you commit to completing your action plan developed in partnership with your coach, you can expect to enjoy satisfying results.
- While your coach will work diligently to set you up for success, you are ultimately responsible for your results. Taking ownership of your progress and accomplishments is key to your overall success.
