I have forced shutdown several times to boot up into the auto repair mode. The mouse and keyboard work in that mode. None of these fixed the issue. I have no idea what else I can do apart from reinstalling windows.

Previously I had the problem at least once a day if not more. If I was able to do any of that it would be nice mouse and keyboard stop soon as windows starts I have done everything I know to do they both are working fine in BIOS and on safe mode but stop soon as the little circle starts.

Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. The bootable media has it’s own set of files so that repairs or Reset might work better, doesn’t require a password, and you’ll have it to if necessary do the vastly superior Clean Install. Make it a deep clean reset to set up a new account, with Cloud option to download fresh installation files so it doesn’t use old onboard files that may be corrupted.
Your files should be backed up at all times if you value them at all. In the Clean Install tutorial in Step 5 I give the best methods to back up.

I could try uninstalling more updates thanks for the idea but as per my post it doesn’t let me uninstall the features update As I can’t use my mouse and keyboard in either safe mode or normal boot, then I can’t access command prompt or disk management, etc.
In reply to J Yan’s post on July 18, Besides every possible repair done from either Repair Mode or bootable media which I showed you how to make and boot leading up to if necessary the Reset and Reinstall, I also showed you how to rescue your files first, which everyone who reads my post will also know.
The reason you’d want to rescue your files first is so you could do the deep clean Reset I recommended without saving files so it creates a new account since half the time the issue is account corruption, which I showed you how to fix first by creating a new User Account to boot into to avoid needing to Reset.
Even if the Reset failed I showed you how to do the vastly superior Clean Install using the bootable media I showed you how to make on another PC.
